Giant Sloth

An ancient, mighty creature that lives in the deep forests of Edorin.
Its shaggy fur is overgrown with moss, lichen, and small plants, making it seem almost like part of the forest.
Its heart beats slowly, but when its young are threatened, a primal power awakens within it.

Defends its young and the balance of the forest.
Only attacks if someone comes too close or shows aggression.
Retreats as soon as the young are safe.

Features
Relentless (2) — Passive : The giant sloth can be put in the spotlight up to twice per game master turn.
As usual, fear must be spent for each spotlight.
Raging Fury — Reaction : When the giant sloth marks 2 or more HP, it can fall into a frenzy.
Move it to a point within Close Range and inflict
2d6 + 3 direct physical damage on all targets in its path.
Rooted Toughness — Passive : As long as the giant sloth has ground contact, it halves the physical damage it suffers.
Its thick, moss-covered skin acts as natural armor.
Protective Instinct — Reaction (Stress 1) : If one of its young is about to take damage, the giant sloth can mark 1 stress to take the damage itself and move within melee range of the attacker.
